Chunky guacamole with onion and cilantro

Ingredients

3 large ripe avocados, halved and pitted

1⁄4 cup fresh lime juice

1⁄2 cup finely chopped white onion

1⁄4 teaspoon salt

1⁄8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

1⁄4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Fresh tortilla chips, to serve


In small bowl combine avocado, lime juice, and onion. Mash with fork until avocado
is still chunky. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 2 1⁄2 cups.
