Parmesan Garlic cheese bread

Ingredients

3-4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1⁄2 cup mayonnaise

1⁄2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 baguette, sliced lengthwise


Preparation

Preheat broiler.

In small bowl, combine all ingredients except baguette. Chill mixture 30 minutes. Spread mixture evenly on cut sides of baguette. Arrange on parchment-lined baking sheet. Broil bread until slightly golden, 1 to 2 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
