Egg prosciutto nest

A beautiful way to cook a simple egg.


Ingredients

12 slices prosciutto, divided

4 eggs

Freshly ground pepper, to taste


Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°. Arrange 3 slices prosciutto inside an ovenproof ramekin, lining the slides and bottom. Repeat with the three more ramekins. Crack on egg in centre of each dish . place in middle of even and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Egg will continue to cook; so remove slightly underdone. Serves 4.
