Devil’s food cake with Beets and Dark chocolate ganache

This Devil’s food cake is classic chocolate with a twist. Ours takes advantage of the fall harvest by using grated beets, which add moistness as well as the deep red-brown colour that is characteristic of Devil’s food cake.
