Red Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients

1 small head red cabbage, shredded

1 red pepper, thinly sliced

4 carrots, grated or julienned

3 green onions, finely sliced

Celery and mayo dressing

1⁄2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1 teaspoon celery seed

Coarse salt and cracked black pepper


Whisk together dressing ingredients and refrigerate for up to an hour. Combine all slaw ingredients in large bowl and pour dressing over top; toss well and serve immediately.
