Maple-Glazed Prosciutto

Ingredients

8 slices prosciutto

1⁄3 cup pure maple syrup

Cracked black pepper, to taste


Preheat oven to 375°F. Place prosciutto on parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with maple syrup and sprinkle with cracked pepper. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until prosciutto is crispy. Serves 4.
