Chicken wings with chili rub
These chicken wings are absolutely delicious, and so easy to make. If you want to increase the heat—like I do—just double the cayenne pepper. Make sure your spices are fresh (no older than 6 months). You can easily restock your pantry spices by ordering them from my Amazon Shop here. This spice rub is so good you’ll want to dredge everything with it. I like serving these wings with hot or regular honey. Yum!

Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°F.
For rub, in large zip lock bag, mix all ingredients together. Set aside.
Place chicken wings in single layer (don’t crowd) on parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, then turn chicken. Reduce oven heat to 375°F and bake another 10 minutes. Remove from oven, and place chicken into spice bag and toss. Alternatively, place wings in bowl, top with the rub, and toss. Place on large platter to serve. Serves 4.
